Simplicity Loans and Advisory is continuing to build out it’s team and commitment to deliver for customers in Victoria. It has added two new brokers to it’s stable and will move from it’s current premises in to it’s new office on St Kilda road in March.

Gortan is referring two highly regarded talents that have joined the firm in recent weeks.
Inderjeet Singh joins the team after a 20 year career in commercial banking across Westpac, ANZ and CBA where he worked across Corporate and Business Banking. Inderjeet brings with him a passion for property and property finance along with a wealth of knowledge relating to complex debt sourcing and structuring.
John Oakley joins the team from his most recent post at La Trobe Financial where he was the Manager of the Platinum Partners division. John also brings with him a passion for property and property finance having also worked in various sales roles across residential and commercial real estate.

In a sign of commitment to Melbourne the St Kilda Road office has capacity for further growth.
